Shell-and-Tube Condenser: Utilizes externally threaded copper tubes, designed with CAD/CAM technology and manufactured using CNC machining centers. The effective heat transfer area is calculated considering heat dissipation, water flow velocity, and fouling factor, with a 5-10% margin. Both end caps are easily removable for convenient maintenance.

 

Evaporator: Employs a steel-plastic composite shell and coil heat exchanger. The heat transfer tubes are internal threaded tubes, advanced small-channel products developed from heat transfer enhancement. The tube layout achieves a heat transfer coefficient meeting current industry standards for heat exchangers, enhancing unit operational efficiency. The shell is steel-plastic composite, with the water-contact surface being sealed engineering plastic, offering corrosion resistance and a long service life. The design has undergone multiple freeze tests with no internal or external rupture found, demonstrating excellent freeze resistance. The shell is detachable for easy maintenance and cleaning.

 

Corrosion-Resistant Unit: Uses corrosion-resistant evaporators and direct cooling method, eliminating the need for secondary heat exchange equipment. Saves over 36% energy compared to standard units, with short cooling times and precise temperature control for energy efficiency.

 

Control System: Centralized control system with a full Chinese operation interface and menu prompts for easy operation. Allows viewing of unit operation status and adjustment of working modes, accurately matching refrigeration capacity with cooling load for efficient operation and reduced running costs. Integrates multiple protection functions including water flow, low temperature, high/low pressure, anti-freeze, reverse phase/phase loss, delayed start, overload, over-temperature, and oil pressure differential. Accurately controls temperature within ±1°C. User-friendly operation.

 

Casing: Electrostatic spray-coated enclosure, fully enclosed cabinet structure, aesthetically pleasing and elegant design.
