Corrosion-Resistant Unit: Equipped with anti-corrosion evaporators and direct cooling, eliminating the need for secondary heat exchange equipment. Energy savings exceed 36% compared to conventional units, with shorter cooling times and more precise temperature control for enhanced efficiency.
Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger with Anti-Corrosion Fins: Uses anti-corrosion hydrophilic aluminum fins with secondary flaring and tube expansion technology, ensuring tight contact between copper tubes and fins for high heat exchange efficiency. No additional cooling water pumps or cooling towers are required, offering reliable operation, easy cleaning, strong cooling capacity, low noise, long lifespan, and simple operation. Ideal for areas with water scarcity or high water hardness.
Control System: Industrial-grade centralized control system with a full Chinese interface and menu prompts for easy operation. Allows real-time monitoring of unit status and adjustment of operating modes, accurately matching cooling capacity with load to ensure efficient operation and reduce costs. Integrated protections include water flow, low temperature, high/low pressure, freeze prevention, reverse phase/phase loss, delayed start, overload, over-temperature, and oil pressure differential.
