When the solution temperature exceeds the process requirements, it significantly affects the adhesion, uniformity, smoothness, and surface finish of the product's coating. The chiller helps stabilize metal and non-metal ions, enabling metal ions to rapidly adhere to the plated surface, increasing the density and smoothness of the plated part, shortening the oxidation cycle, improving quality, reducing the consumption of raw materials, and effectively recovering various expensive chemicals. Features:
Compressor: Utilizes twin-screw series compressors with a 5:6 asymmetric screw tooth profile and linear design. Simple machine structure, the number of parts is only one-tenth that of piston compressors, fewer wearable parts, no suction or discharge valves, no expansion process, high single-stage pressure ratio, and low sensitivity to liquid slugging. Built-in oil separator with oil carryover less than 1.5%, effectively improving the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator and condenser, making it more energy-efficient and durable. Shell-and-Tube Condenser: Uses externally threaded copper tubes, designed with CAD/CAM technology and manufactured using CNC machining centers. The effective heat transfer area is calculated based on heat dissipation, water flow rate, and fouling factor, with a 5-10% margin. Both end covers are easily removable for convenient maintenance.
Evaporator: Employs anti-corrosion evaporators with a direct cooling method, requiring no secondary heat exchange equipment. Saves over 36% energy compared to standard units, with shorter cooling times and more precise temperature control for enhanced energy efficiency.
Control System: Industrial-grade centralized control system with a PIC controller and a 7-inch color touch screen. Features a full Chinese interface with menu prompts for easy operation. Allows real-time monitoring of unit status and adjustment of operating modes, accurately matching cooling capacity with the load to reduce operating costs. Integrates multiple protection functions including water flow, low temperature, high/low pressure, anti-freeze, reverse phase/phase loss, delayed start, overload, over-temperature, and oil pressure differential.
Automatically adjusts unit load based on the periodic changes of the rectifier, accurately controlling the bath temperature within ±1°C, ensuring consistent oxide layer thickness and coloring.
