Reactor Low-Temperature Unit:

Used to maintain low-temperature conditions required for biochemical reactions in reactors, enabling rapid cooling of raw materials, preventing material deterioration, low-temperature crystallization, extraction, and synthesis. The temperature range can be adjusted from 30°C to -110°C, with a refrigeration capacity range of 10–1000 kW.

 

Food-Grade Chiller Unit:

After food undergoes high-temperature processing, rapid cooling is necessary to meet packaging requirements. Industrial chillers quickly cool processed food to ensure suitable temperatures for packaging. Additionally, different temperatures are required during food fermentation to stabilize the process. Thus, precise temperature control via chillers is essential to guarantee fermentation quality.

 

Air Purification Conditioning Unit:

In environments such as pharmaceutical/chemical cleanrooms and dust-free workshops, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness must be controlled within specific ranges. These units integrate surface coolers with air purification devices, enabling large-area temperature control alongside purification, dust removal, disinfection, and sterilization. Typically using centralized air supply, they offer constant temperature and humidity control, proving more practical and convenient than conventional central air conditioning systems.

Compressor: Utilizes twin-screw compressors with a 5:6 asymmetric screw profile and linear design. Simple structure with fewer parts (only one-tenth of piston compressors), minimal vulnerable components, no suction/discharge valves, no expansion process, high single-stage pressure ratio, and low sensitivity to liquid slugging. Built-in oil separator reduces oil carryover to <1.5%, enhancing heat exchanger efficiency for energy savings and durability. Automatic capacity control adjusts between 10%–100% based on load. Multi-compressor coordination and PLC control ensure optimal energy efficiency ratios under both full and part loads, significantly reducing operating costs.

 

Shell-and-Tube Condenser: Features externally threaded copper tubes designed with CAD/CAM and CNC machining. Effective heat transfer area calculated based on heat dissipation, flow rate, and fouling factor, with a 5–10% margin. Removable end caps facilitate easy maintenance.

 

Evaporator: Corrosion-resistant evaporator directly uses glycol or brine as heat transfer media, ensuring long service life.

 

Control System: Industrial-grade centralized control with PIC controller and 7-inch color touchscreen. Chinese interface with menu prompts for easy operation. Real-time monitoring and adjustment of operating modes ensure precise matching of cooling capacity to load, maintaining efficiency and reducing costs. Integrated protections include water flow, low temperature, high/low pressure, freeze prevention, phase reversal/loss, delayed start, overload, over-temperature, and oil pressure differential.
