Inquiry nowThe Low-Temperature Chiller is refrigeration equipment designed to provide low-temperature secondary refrigerants, suitable for various applications requiring medium to low-temperature cooling sources. It is widely used as a process cooling source in the production and processing of non-ferrous metal metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates, petrochemicals, grains and oils, beverages and food, machinery, pharmaceuticals, electronics, air separation, and other industries.
The Low-Temperature Chiller is a new generation of freezing equipment specifically designed to meet the requirements of special industries. Its temperature range can be adjusted from 30°C to -60°C, with a refrigeration capacity range of 10 to 1000 kW. Low-Temperature Chiller Units are categorized into three series based on their temperature range: high, medium, and low-temperature water supply units.
Standard Chiller: Can provide chilled water from 3°C to 35°C, or use ethylene glycol solution as a secondary refrigerant to supply a process chilled solution from -5°C to +5°C. It can serve as a process cold source for ice storage, low-temperature air supply, industrial air conditioning, and other production processes. Special designs are available upon request, including large temperature difference screw chillers.
Medium-Temperature Chiller: Offers an outlet temperature range of -5°C to -45°C, utilizing imported semi-hermetic screw compressors (with economizers). It can provide low-temperature ethylene glycol or brine solutions from -5°C to -45°C, suitable as a process cold source for chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, cold storage, ice rinks, etc.
Low-Temperature Screw Chiller: Provides an outlet temperature range of -45°C to -110°C, delivering chilled alcohol or dichloromethane solution within this range. It employs a two-stage or three-stage cascade refrigeration system, ensuring stable operation and high energy efficiency.
